April Biannual Meeting

We hope to see you in Cheyenne this April. Here are some more details about the event:

  • A block of rooms has been set aside at the SureStay+ by Best Western, 1781 Fleischli Parkway, Cheyenne, WY 82001 at a special rate of $109 per night. To make reservations call (307) 632-2747, and mention you are with Trout Unlimited. The confirmation number is 1182 or book online by clicking here. 

  • Friday evening: Enjoy some great spring fishing in the Cheyenne area Friday morning, and then join us for a social hour and dinner (on your own) 5:30 pm at the Albany Restaurant, 1506 Capitol Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

  • Saturday morning: Breakfast will be available at the SureStay+ by Best Western, for those registered there. Coffee, scones, mini-muffins and fruit will be provided in the meeting room. 

  • Saturday: WYTU Biannual Meeting will take place at the Laramie County Library, 2200 Pioneer Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001 from 8:00 am until 4:45 pm in the Willow Room. Lunch will be provided. Click here to view the agenda.

  • Saturday evening: Social time and provided dinner from 5:30-8:00 pm at the Wyoming’s Rib & Chop House, 400 W. Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001. 

    • Dinner options include: Chicken Marsala, Famous Filet, or Cedar Plank Salmon.

    • Cash bar. 

    • Raffle to follow! Look forward to some great items!

  • Sunday: join us for a tour of the Belvoir Lake project. This project tour was organized by the Curt Gowdy Chapter in cooperation with the Laramie County Conservation District and will go over the work to be done to improve lake access and fish habitat. Wear muck boots!
